It seems I have been a little slack...

Hello readers!

I've just remembered that I had this blog after having "forgotten" it for a wee while. I am furiously working on my first official web project for a Farmers owned company (for those non-Kiwis, Farmers is New Zealands largest retail chain.), it will be live tomorrow, all things going well. I'll post the address up for you tomorrow so that anyone interested can go and have a look. Unfortunately I had no control over the copy or layout but the coding, navigation, images etc are all my work. I'm well chuffed with myself.

I've also been updating the Farmers website and creating wee flash movies (if you go to the site you'll see a square panel near the bottom of the page that changes). Its been hard learning these new things and learning how its done here. I have to say, thats the hardest part. Knowing their file paths, where they save things and the process--arrgghhh the process!! FOr those of you that know me, you know how much I love documenting processes! (aye Claud!).

The final assessment for my course was handed in on Monday, I'm hanging out for anything above 65% which will mean an overall A pass for the course.

We have started saving our pennies for England now that the tax man is paid off. Adams bonus will come through tomorrow so we can get the new camera for the trip and some luggage. Thankfully Mum & Dad and a friend are both loaning us suitcases, so we just need to get carry on and some other bits and bobs.

anywho...back to work for me!
